Men's Monday Message: Order vs Chaos

Good morning men of God... men of Order.

This week and last we at MDN have been talking about "a man of Order in a world of Chaos",

causing us to ask ourselves if we are living a Biblically ordered life or a chaotic life?

For me, it depends on the day... how 'bout you?

Simply, would God say your life is in order as He would define order or would adjectives such as confusion, disorder, messy, unstable, mayhem, even madness be more like it?

I find it interesting that God took His created universe and brought order to it (Gen 1). 

1 Cor 14:33 (NIV) says, "God is not a God of disorder, but of peace." 

Notice the scripture says "but of peace" and not "but of order".

In other words, He took the universe, formless and void, chaotic, messy, and in disorder and brought it into peace... His order. 

Into "Perfect peace" as said in John 14:27 (AMPC)

Maybe that's what we really need.... Peace..... submit to Him and allow His Perfect Peace to bring order to your life.
