Good morning brothers in Christ,
So, what's going on today?
"What kind of question is that, Dennis?
It's Monday. I'm doing what I do every Monday!"
Yeah, I get it.... and we thank God for it.
But, do we head out blindly, with our own sight, expecting what the world has to give, or are we seeing with God's vision? (For we walk by faith, not by sight. 2Cor 5:7)
Are we expecting the same as last Monday... as every day or do we take a moment and ask God to open our eyes to what He wants us to see?
When was the last time you had a vision or dream from God?
Yeah... me too.... it's been a while... for some of us, forever.
The Word of God is full of accounts of the visions God gave men.
We are bombarded with images the "world" wants us to see.... pictures, reels, TicTok, social media stories, advertisements.... Images upon images upon images.... your Google drive is 97% full!
And we so often limit and believe only what we "see" with our physical eye.
Perhaps we need to "see" what God has for us to see.
In Habakkuk 21 the servant of Elisha looked with his natural eyes and saw that they were surrounded by the Syrian army, and he was afraid for their lives. Elisha prayed, asking the Lord to open the eyes of his servant and when his eyes were opened, he saw the armies of God and chariots of fire that were ACTUALLY with them outnumbered those of their enemy.
What does God want us to SEE today?
Let's take a moment and ask him.
Take a moment and pray ...... Open our eyes, Lord!
Strength and Honor, but only for His Glory,
