Good Morning Mighty Men of Valor.
Memorial Day ..... a day we honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. For some of us we have a real understanding of this, especially if we have served in the military, for a bond is created allowing us to be part of this community. For those who were on the battlefield there is a deeper bond. A brotherhood that knits a soldier to every other.
To them I salute..... I pray for their loved ones.... I "Remember - Acknowledge - Appreciate".
John 15:13 - Greater love has no one than this, Than to lay down one's life for his friends."
Many places in the Old Testament God instructed to build an altar, a memorial, to remember the places where God met man in some fashion.
I would pray that we remember these places, especially the place where He rolled the stone away... for you and me. This memorial where Jesus not only gave His life for all, but where He took it up again. Think about it.
