Men's Monday Message: A Memorial

Good morning mighty men of valor,

Happy Memorial Day and a special honor to those who served both past and present.

Memorials.... we have them all around us.

It is right to remember and honor the people and events where the wages and costs to establish and protect our freedom was, and is, paid.

Monuments, statues, chronicles of history, all offered as tribute and remembrance to those who lost life and limb for our freedom.

But there is one greater than all the rest.

It is memorialized in the Gospels via the words of Jesus so we may be truly free.

"This is my blood... this is my body broken for you... whenever you do this, do it in remembrance... in memorial..... of Me." (paraphrased).

Think about it!
